Working with agency partners and internal event staff, Red Thread was tapped to help ServiceNow transform their incredibly successful annual live event, Knowledge, into a dynamic, interactive digital experience. The 25,000 attendees of the physical event tripled during the live event which expanded to 6 weeks of specialized programming anchored by a weekly keynote broadcast.
Taking on this project during the pandemic required a skilled team, experienced in live broadcast and capable of pulling together in a moment of crisis. Using Covid safe protocols, Red Thread produced, wrote and directed over 50 episodes remotely, across the globe. At-home recordings of executives, partners, and customers connected the story of ServiceNow as a leader in the workflow software. Red Thread helped translate the ServiceNow brand identity and oversaw the execution of a graphic package built specifically for on-air programming.
The Numbers: In just 10 weeks, Red Thread’s team of 50 delivered over 55 original programs. Success: Knowledge 2020 saw over 4 million engagements during the digital event.
